1. Introduction
At ChicSilhouettes LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality juicer blenders and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return, refund, and exchange process.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date .
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Juicer blenders must be unused and in resellable condition due to hygiene and safety standards.
3. Non-Returnable or Exempt Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that are damaged due to customer handling or use.
- Used products.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Perishable, digital, or intimate products.
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@chicsilhouettes.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will guide you through the next steps and provide a return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the product using a trackable shipping service
- Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
- Defective, or
- Damaged upon arrival (photo proof required).
In such cases, ChicSilhouettes will cover the return shipping fees.
6. Refund Processing & Timeframe
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the item within 30 business days.
- Notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
7. Exchanges & Replacements
We offer exchanges for the same item or variations (e.g., size changes, if applicable). To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process and specify your exchange request.
- Exchanges are only accepted for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
For defective or damaged products, we offer free replacements:
- Submit your request within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide supporting photos (if required) for quality assurance.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Contact us at support@chicsilhouettes.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Photo or video proof is optional but may help speed up the resolution process.

9. Gift Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on gifted items unless they meet the same criteria and are accompanied by valid order information.
Refunds for eligible gifts may be issued as store credit.
